..... completely Hopeless!
2 years ago I was told by toyota to book my surf in there for the steering rod re-call. The service centre refused to do it because they claim they had not received the recall paperwork from Toyota.
I've also tried on 3 seperate occaisions to try to get parts but they are not interested. They won't even look for the simplest of parts without the chassis and model numbers.
A classic one. Last week I went in for a bulb for the fog lamp switch on a 1992 toyota estima. This is the same as the previa over here. I knew that because I took the foglight from a 1992 previa. The parts man watched my drive into the carpark and refused to look for a bulb claiming "we dont hold any parts for imports.... try huddersfield toyota"
Looks like they don't want the business, they are truly terrible
