After being jerked around by Halfords for 10 days, I cancelled a wheel / tyre package order for my wifes car. A dangerously damaged alloy meant she couldn't drive the car. Halfords promised 4 day delivery, then after 10 days told me the wheels were out of stock for at least 3 weeks!

Got my money back, rang Rochford and got a nicer set, £30 cheaper, and delivery within 3 days! Well done chaps!
