I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I recently had a problem with some items that I bought from Roughtrax. A lot of dealers would have (and have!) fobbed me off with no end of excuses and left me out of pocket.

I have no hesitation in saying that Barry not only resolved the issue at his expense, he did so without any quibbling whatsoever.

Roughtrax can only get a huge thumbs up from me, and I give them 10/10 for good old fashioned customer service and courtesy.

Yep, I can onl agree.

Been down to their shop, and ordered mail order, and I can't fault their proffesionalism.

Personally, I'd prefer to pay that bit extra and know I'll get A1 service if needed.

Always had excellent service from roughtrax, delivery has been brilliant, order all my parts from them apart from the filter kits, which I don't think can be beaten from milners for price.
