  • Rogue Trader Alert - Do Not Use

    Guys

i thought i'd warn you about these people. I ordered a 2.4 td engine from them after mine expired. it was supposed to be a low mile complete engine that would drop straight in. After paying £790 by credit card it arrived. It was in a right state and not fit for purpose. When i complained they offered a raft of excuses and tried to fob me off. In the end they relented and took the engine back. However they charged me £120 carriage for this. After leaving several messages with no luck i called from a number withheld and spoke to them. They were not going to reimburse me. I threatened them with legal action etc but no luck. It is now in the hands of the legal boys. This issue has delayed my car getting back on the road by almost 3 weeks. I have now got an engine from Nippon Parts in Derbyshire...So far so good.

Sold me a duff bent crock for good money and I complained, was getting no joy, so called the Trading Standards Authority. Mate, they were great and actually sent an officer into their premises on my behalf. Well this lot Sh1t themselves and imported an new A bar from Japan and shipped it to me as soon as, never even bothered to collect the old one!!!!

The credit card companies are also quite good at this. They sometimes reimburse you and then bring legal action against the trader to get their money back....
