glow plugs

Hey guys, Ive just created an account so cant post in the technical thread yet for some reason. I have a porblem with my ln130 2.4 turbo diesel surf. I replaced the glow plugs and when I tried to start it blew the 80 amp fuse. Then I put the old plugs back in with a new fuse and it went. They are the exact same plugs, pt151 11 volt. So i put the new ones back in and it started twice with no problems and I thought i had it sorted. But after I packed up my tools and went to drive of it wouldnt start and blew the fuse again. Ive checked the rail that connects the plugs and its not touching anything so dont think its shorting, and it has heaps of insulation on it any way. Can anyone help me out?

sounds as if though you have re-assembled it incorrectly


Blue spacer first, then buzz bar, then wiring, then black spacer then washer and nut
