Snorkels

If anyone is interested i am getting a snrokel for my L200.Its not a Safari or any other named brand but a copy of the Safari ones.I am paying £80 delivered for it but that price was for a group buy.I am getting some details from the guy that sorted the group buy for the L200 forum and i will post back here if anyone is interested.It will need to be a min of 10 for the order to get cheap price but once i get more details for the surfs/4runners i will let you know.
If you are interested then post on here once i got more details.
I know they are copies but for those who can't afford £200+ then its a good alternative.They will take about 6 weeks and a deposit of about £20 will have to be paid up front

Maybe a silly question but have you asked the supplier if getting snorkels for completely different makes of vehicles would be covered in a group buy ?

Already looking into it at the moment but i thought if i got enough interest then it may well sway for a decent price

Right here is the email sent and another recieved regarding the snorkels.I will try to get the price down a little like the L200 ones

Mike, one of the lads on the Hilux surf forum has asked if you can source snorkels for the Hilux surf or 4runner ( im informed they are the same ) If so could you give me an idea of price and availability.

Hi Greig, I can get one for a 106 series Hilux which is equivalent to Safari SS105HF. It is for a 2.4 litre petrol 1989-1997 Hilux, but I believe it can be tweaked to fit a Surf.

Price is usually about £100

Just had an email back from the guy and states these are the Hilux 106 style snorkels so they will fit the Surfs as the 106's is whats ordered for the likes of safari's etc.
Please add your names to the list as sooner we can get enough i can get an order placed
