Back window Rubbers?

Just replaced the rear motor on my surf but the rubbers are all shot, think thats why the motor gave up in the first place. they are split where they clip onto the rear tailgate. also after the inside rubbers ive had to take mine off temp because they are catching the window so baddly.

If anyone has a set in good condition all clips intact a price please

or if someone know of where i can buy a new set
