Winch wanted

I occasionally need to pull up tree stumps and the like, and im after a cheap winch. Had a look on a well known auction site and they seem to be either 300 squid plus, or cheap and nasty.
Anyone got a half decent one?
In cambridgeshire so nearby is handy
