I understand fitting bigger rear springs but how do you "wind" the front up?

If your truck has torsion bar suspension you can increase the preload on the torsion bar.

soooooo, i have a set of what i suspect is lift springs, now im asuming i can fit them and wind the front up with little issues about 2 inches. is this rite? cheers folks
