HILUX 4wd not working

hi guys I have a 1994 sr5 hilux with the ADD system and 4wd is not working please help. ive bin having issues for over 6 months now and its driving me nuts I miss my 4x4. ive narrowed it done to the transfercase electric motor not working. it doesn't get power when I try switch to 4wd. ive replaced 4wd computer controller (ECU), and fuel pump relay which is supposed to be add relay I think, both these are also getting power but still nothing further done the line

if anyones got any advice it would be greatly appreciated?

also failing fixing the system is it possible to change electric transfercase to normal manual transfercase with manual hubs?
