Finally got around to putting the new ARB bushes on. The ones form the ends went on fine and alone made a huge difference to the feel of the steering.
When I tried to fit the ones for the brackets the internal diameter of the bush was too small to allow the bush to fit all the way around the bar.
Called Milners who said that this sometimes happens and I may have an aftermarket ARB (doubt it as everything was stock when I bought it) they sent mne some new bushes which though larger themselves had even smaller ID.
A read a thread which said that they are very snug and when you tighten the bracket they will squeeze around so tried that to the point where I have sheared one of the bolts and going to have to attack it with an Easy Out.
HAving said that I did manage to tighten up the other one but even on that the two sides of the bush didnt meet in the middle.
Anyone else found the bushes too small?
