Immobiliser

How do I disable my immobiliser? At the moment it doesn't seem to react to my transponders every time... sometimes not working for a good long while. Not too sure if its the immobiliser itself or the key fobs. It's not one of the ones you touch into the port it's a proximity one.... anyone know about these?

Also, my radio antenna popped out of its housing. I'm not that arsed to be honest as radio over here sucks. Is there a way to disable the motor?
