    Oil Cooler issues.
I supplied 2 oil coolers to be fitted. See Pics

On getting back from Vince’s I noticed that the fittings ( ATF cooler and engine oil cooler ) were leaking oil. Removed bumper to investigate. Found the following:-
As can be seen in pics – they were only mounted on 2 brackets – 1 lower left & 1 lower right. There were no support brackets in the middle ( top and bottom ) and none at the top on the left or right.
They were bolted together in the middle with no support.
    See pics of cooler fittings.
The ATF cooler fittings had the barbs ground off the hose-tail ( not supplied by me ) therefore relying on jubilee clip to seal the hose to fitting!
The Engine oil cooler fittings ( not supplied by me ) were female to female! No real chance of sealing there!

Front bumper wasn’t aligned very well after bodylift and on removing it to get to oil coolers found the following:-

Vince’s lift bracket can be seen with dimensions on.
The rusty looking ones are what were fitted to mine. Crudely done and un-painted!
One bumper corner had no bracket/fixing at all and the other side had wire holding it up! See pic.

    Radiator hose joiner:-
Had a water leak from one of the radiator hoses – where it goes to an alloy joining pipe.
Clip was as tight as it would go – on removal found the alloy pipe only had swaging to one end!
