does anyone have a definitive answer on whether or not a 95 surf with a 96 1uzfe swap needs a cat test during its mot?
just need some legislation I can point to, as I know Vince never used cats, but my tester seems insistent it needs one. I though it would just need the basic emissions test (ie:no cat test)
