Surf cranks but won't start.

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, and my first post referring to my non-starting 1993 Surf 2nd Gen has been placed in the electrical section:

I'm 99% sure it's ECU related, but I hope nobody minds if I link to it from here, just in case there's a mechanical problem I've overlooked.

Remove the fuel filler cap and try again. There might be a vacuum in the fuel tank.
