Fuses

i checked the fuses under the hood on my 3rd gen ssr g , there is no power going to fuses marked tail , ac , head lh and head rh , checked the fuses and they are not blown , when I check the rest of the fuses with a test light they are fine apart from these 4 , is there a bigger fuse somewhere that is maybe
