Clutch Noise

Have A Squeeling Noise At Times When I Depress The Clutch. I Have Been Told That It Sounds Like The Thrust Bearing. I Have Also Been Told That I Can Possibly Lubricate The Bearings Without Taking The Whole Thing Apart. Has Anyone Came Across This Before?
Any Advice Would Be Great.
