Water Pump and Timing belt pulleys & Tensioner

HI, does any one have the correct torque setting for the water pump, the pulleys and the tensioner for a 2.4, I know not all bolts really have to be torqued but I am heavy handed and snap lots! I'm sure this has been covered many times but I have spent ages thralling through the old threads to no avail. Or point me to the link if you know it, Many thanks for continued supporting help, Gives me confidence to do the jobs that I would have paid for.....
