tow bar bolt pattern

would anyone be able to take a picture of the bolt pattern of attachment of their tow hitch receiver to their frame. Ideally for a 1999 surf. I have a 3.4L VZN 185 (1999).

I am looking to purchase a new tow hitch as my truck does not have one. Just need to make sure I obtain the correct one.
