Can anyone please advise me on where/who can, and a rough cost to make the necessary conversion of KPH to MPH, add a rear fog light, change the vehicle security wireless frequency to my RHD Hilux Surf 2003 V6 4 Runner so I can register and drive on UK roads. Car is too good to sell here.
Car is currently in Tanzania, imported for Japan.
