Nope - definitely 3. One that was shared between Adam & Eve in the garden of Eden, the one that fell on Isaac Newtons head (well, in reality an apple never actually fell on his head but it is frequently used as a metaphor to describe how he theorised about the law of universal gravitation) and obviously the Apple computer company.
So, for actual apples (as in the fruit) it's actually none but that isn't really what the analogy was about...!
Ian, as Adam said, it was nothing to do with not knowing who Steve Jobs is, nobody knows everyone. It was the culmination of the shite he's been spouting (both physical and literary) recently, the final straw being that he made fun of a man's death.
OK mate, fair enough, i haven't kept up with what this guy posts but assume it's another "good cat" type?
Shame for the world, even if Jobs didn't "invent" anything he was the figurehead for some world changing ideas that would have gone nowhere without him.
I think he will never be forgotten, and probably more widely know after his death the news reports/stories etc are what people will find when they look back on this era.
A bit harsh! if you'd have asked me yesterday if i knew who he was i'd have to admit i didn't have a clue, that make me a f##king idiot as well? afraid i have no interest in the who's who of the tech world, sad the guys died but then it's sad when anyone dies, he was a business man not a god.

I don't think it was to do with not knowing who he was, it was more about using a man's death as the opportunity to have a little dig.
Anyway, this made me laugh, for those who have that sort of sense of humour.
I used to think you were OK, a bit strange, but OK. Now I admit I was wrong. You, Sir, are a fcuking idiot.
