A bit disapointed really I expected to lift 2" to around 15/15.5" inches all I've really done is put the surf back where it should be still on my list is coil spacers and BJ spacers
I'm reading more and more of this! I don't know if may be you have been sent the wrong springs or this is just how they are - uprated stronger springs.
But it was these comments that swayed me towards Landcruiser coils.

I've gained 2" and the missus is very happy!

I did adjust the front (after I posted my complaint!) and the boot does have a lot of crap in, I'll clear it out and i'll measure up and readjust the torsion bars again tomorrow.

Roughtrax only sell one type of spring now, this one:

      http://www.roughtrax4x4.com/?doc=16&cid=1003&vid=376

My Surf has been lifted from around 12" all round to 14" all round (rim to wheel arch, I was expecting about 15", as I thought it was a bit saggy)
The Springs they sent me are much thicker than the standard ones and have 7 complete coils instead of 6, they are black.

I'm quiet please really, It looks much higher than it did - especially as I've taken the side steps off, Going to put them on ebay later.

I'll take some pics tomorrow (wish i'd taken before and after pics) and post them up here.

I might not flood the inside of the truck next Avalanche!

I like the sidesteps! They make it easier for people to get in, and you can stand on them to wash the truck down.

Just fitted my 2" Poly Coil Spacers...

And 32x11.50 courser mastercraft m/t's... Will post pics later, it's now got 24 inches hub to wheel arch and 37 inches floor to wheel arch. I'm happy, although the tyres are only marginally taller than the 265/70r16's which came off!?! Just got to wind up the front a little to balance the truck.

Hi John. Glad to see that you got the 32x11.5x16's you were looking for. Look forward to seeing some pics....Cheers....Mick.

                  Just noticed...

...looking back at the thread, when I lifted the truck on the jack, the shocks (dampers to give them their real name!) topped out at about 24" hub to arch...

...I'm now running 24" hub to arch, WITH A FULL BOOT OF (Worthless) BUILDING EQUIPMENT..... think lump hammers, bags of plaster etc...
I was going to empty the back out this weekend to see how how it'll go so I can adjust the front, but think I ought to get some plus 2/4" dampers before I do that!

BTW, MWS, the second pic in this thread is at the same height as it is now, albeit with AT's on 16's rather than the M/T's on 15's....

But WILL post some pics when I've got the chance.
