rear door window - pain in the A****

Just replaced the rear door quarter light window.

Its a bit of a pain, but i did take some photos and I'll stick a idiots guide up on the tech section.

Once again thanks stormy for the glass...

Also it says something about Toyotas build quality, everything inside my 94 Surf was corrosion free and all the electrical switches and connectors were mint.
Compared to my old Range Rover, as soon as you took something apart connectors crumbled plastic flaked... etc etc
