is this going to be another 3000 post thread?

i now have my first issue with this forum. its threads like these. its nothing to do with people expressing their feelings/opinions that is bothering me, its the fact that everyone on the site is stuck in the general section posting in these such threads insted of posting as much in other sections like the technical.
ive noticed recently that if i post a question in the tech section, it takes 3 times as long to get a reply!!
im just going to post any questions in the general section now because this is where everyone is.

Well fancy that... People posting on a thread, whatever next... An argument!
If you visit the tech threads you will find them very well subscribed.

I just look at the new threads or this day's threads. Don't specifically trawl through the individual forums.

Threads in general are open to abuse and hijacking, threads in the tech sections are less likely to be messed with (but by no means are they immune).
