so the surf passed its mot today. 
only the seven advisories...gulp
some minor and obvious ones, worn rubber on brake pedal!? tyres close too
though I could do with some advice on some others are they doable for a novice with minimal tools or what would approx costs at garage for others be?

I also have an insecure battery, but a trip to the therapist will sort it out
it really shows how rugged these trucks are that at 15 yrs old it can still pass! some tlc coming its way i think..
