Hi Guys,
New to your Forum, but not my 1993 Surf SSR-X, which I have had for over a year now - a truly great motor, may I say! It is the 2.4 diesel with 4 speed auto box, and is the first 4WD we have had which my wife actually enjoys driving!
I have a couple of questions please folks:
Does my truck have diff lock at all? Got really sticky last night, but for the life of me I could not find a difflock funtion!
After 16,000 miles over the last year with NO FAULTS the engine is running bloomin' hot all of a sudden - right up in the red some of the time. It has always sat in the middle of the temp gauge, and I do have it serviced every 3000 miles. I have heard stories about 2.4 diesel cylinder heads going.....
Any advice greatly appreciated!!
