The main thing is you still got your job Mark.I know its not good for those who have lost theirs.At least the agency workers can still get alternative work through the agency.
I don't know what is going to happen with me yet once my claim is settled and if BUPA say i can't go back to my contract duties then i can't see that i will be kept on for long
