Of all the stupid things that it might have been.... after having the head and just about everything else replaced and STILL not fixed, we've now been told the first head was faulty..... hoping to get second one very quickly..well it should be done quickly as they now know the thing inside out, back to front and upside down. they have also checked the bores and no probs there so hopefully kids, this is it...back on the road soon. Everything crossed.
