Thanks, yes, this is a position with a boiler manufacturer as technical support, it's office based and mainly on the phones talking to customers and engineers to get their boilers working. It's a job that gets me off the tools and into the warm, with a new uniform ( suit) and steady hours and steady pay, plus paid holiday and after 1 year BUPA too.
