Does anyone know about "Philips Pandas"?

I was just wondering if any of you guys are into the pushbike/moped type things!!! My Dads got 3 philips pandas (2xMk 2, 1xMk 3 i believe) in our garden getting ready for reconditioning but the 50cc engines are a bit....FUBARED!

Anyone have any knowledge or experiance of these little machines?? Where to get any parts etc?
