I know its not a surf(rover420td 48mpg) commuter car, but i have just finished my two tank svo system, a friend donated a tank, i bought a pollack valve from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/evalero1 , highly reccomended it took 4 days to arrive and i spent about £80 on fittings,hose and wire.
first trip to work on svo this morning,after 5 miles on diesel,i hit the switch and............carried on as if nothing had happend, i dont have a heat exchanger inline at the mo` should be next week.
i had designd the system for the surf but with a second baby on the way we had to get rid.
