Toyota in Asia are recalling 17 models of car made between 5/2000 and 9/2002. These models include Rav4, Corolla, Echo (that's the small ugly mpv, can't remember the name in UK),.... by the sound of it, most of the range are affected.
There is a fault with the main head light switch. Only right hand drive cars are affected. Since so many of our cars are imported from Japan, it's worth an enquiry.
