question for a mate

ok after i have been explaining the benifits and cost saving of going down the veg oil route, he has asked me if his n reg 1.8L td ford mondeo would run on a mix of veg and dino had a scoot round the web sites but would like to know if anyone has any knowledge of anyone running this sort of mix.
