Been decorating the lounge since a week last Sunday. I forgot to read the destructions on the Polyfiller tub and filled all the holes proud. I then discovered that you are supposed to fill 'em flush and smooth off with a wet knife. I sets about rubbing down with dry sand paper and it was clogging in no time. I was just starting to get depressed (Avon Dasset, Luton International Carnival, perfect breeze for power kiting, Middles Wallop etc) when I nipped off round the garage. I found some wet/dry paper and had that pesky Polyfiller flat in no time. Mrs KS was a bit !!!!ed about the psychadelic dribbles on the carpet, so I promised her that she could have that wooden floor she has always wanted. I have just the mate to install it while I work on the Surf and the Zook. Not such a bad weekend after all
