Fitting a swing out tire carrier onto a surf when it isnt factory mounted?
I've been wanting to fit a swing out tire carrier onto my 1991 Hilux Surf 2.4L TD for a while.. I have heard that there is a reinforced backing inside the body on the factory ones? Has anyone fit one to a surf after the fact?
