Engine for 2.4 TD surf 1991

Does anyone know where I can get a decent engine for my 2.4 TD 1991 Surf. Must be a runner and able to send by courier.
Has anyone ever changed the rear seat lap belts to 3point seat belts, if so any information would be welcomed.
