Injector seats

Hi all, I am replacing the head on my Gen 3, I have the AMC head from RoughTrax, it comes with new “Top Hat” injector seats to be installed.
What is the best way to fit these, Do they push in, screw in, go on the injector first? I know it’s probably a dumb question but I have looked everywhere for the info, but so far nothing.
i don’t want to cock anything up.
