Was talking to the guy that i'm gettin my winch bumper from and he said its set for a 3" body lift!! I said where can i get one,he said to make one!!

Suggested using 3" box section and drilling top to bottom so a bolt can be put throgh it,providing spacer for body!!!

Sounds easy enough, but will it be safe.??? Remembering it'll be only used for off road.

I think you'll need some sort of rubber insulation as well, or you'll shake the body to bits!

I would have thought a minimum of 5mm. Something like your conveyor belt stuff would be ideal.

Its the same stuff (i think) that is used for a surf body lift. Its cheap an might be easier to 'machine' then box section?!
